Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Beste Health website or ordering any of our services. By accessing our website or placing a service order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit any order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Beste Health website (the "Site") or any service offered through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and institutions that interact with the Site or purchase services from Beste Health LLC ("Beste Health," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Services
Beste Health offers productized services in two categories: applied LLM products (including context engineering, local fine-tuning and evaluation, and process automation) and medical writing services (including scientific platform writing, medical editing and proofreading, and manuscript and poster writing). The scope, turnaround, and pricing of each service are described on the Site and in any applicable order confirmation.
Service descriptions on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your order confirmation govern that order.
3. Not Medical Advice
The outputs and deliverables produced by Beste Health — including AI-generated content, automated workflow outputs, medical writing, and any other materials — are provided for informational, research, and professional support purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, regulatory submissions, or legal opinions. No output or deliverable from Beste Health should be relied upon as a substitute for independent clinical judgment, regulatory review, or advice from a qualified professional.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the suitability of any deliverable for their intended use before application in clinical, regulatory, or institutional contexts.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
Our Catalog A services involve the use of large language models and automated pipelines. AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. Beste Health does not warrant that any AI-generated output is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any specific purpose. Customers are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated outputs before use.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and software — is owned by or licensed to Beste Health and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
Deliverables produced for a customer and paid for in full become the customer's property upon payment. Beste Health retains all rights to the underlying methodologies, frameworks, tools, pipelines, prompt architectures, model configurations, and processes used to produce those deliverables, to the extent they are not exclusively embodied in a deliverable. Beste Health may reference the general nature of work performed (without identifying the customer) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the customer has expressly requested otherwise in writing.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
Customers represent and warrant that:
All materials, documents, datasets, and information submitted to Beste Health for service delivery are submitted lawfully and with all necessary rights and consents.
They will not submit materials containing personal health data or other sensitive data unless they have the legal authority to do so and have disclosed this to Beste Health in advance.
They will use all deliverables in compliance with applicable law and will not use any deliverable in a manner that violates the rights of any person or entity.
They will not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce any model, pipeline, or methodology underlying a Beste Health service.
7. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of each order. Beste Health reserves the right to withhold delivery of any deliverable until payment has been received. Subscription services may be paused or cancelled in accordance with the terms set out in the order confirmation.
Prices displayed on the Site are indicative. Final prices are confirmed at the time of order. Beste Health reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time for new orders; existing orders are not affected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beste Health's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from or related to these terms, the Site, or any service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
In no event shall Beste Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Beste Health does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beste Health, its members, officers, contractors, and affiliated personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these terms, your misuse of any deliverable, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. Beste Health has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
12. Privacy

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
For customers located in the European Union or Spain, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Beste Health reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. For active service customers, material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
